QS series water-filled submersible pumps are widely used in irrigation, industrial and civil buildings for supply and drainage systems, water diversion in hills and mountainous areas, drainage in low-lying areas, engineering precipitation, etc.
Its characteristics are: motor, water pump assembly as a whole, simple structure, convenient installation and disassembly, installation covers an area of less, simple use and maintenance, reliable operation. At present, our company provides submersible pumps with a head of 2.5-126m, a flow of 5-500m2 /h, and a motor power of 1.5-75KW.

Requirements
Power supply: Three- -phase A.C.circuit with frequency being 50HZ and voltage, 380V (allowable deviation+5%, - 10%).
Water source: non-corrosive water with the sand arrying capacity no greater than 0.02% and the PH value between 6.5 and 8.5. The temperatureof the pumped water should be no greater than 40°C
Installation: the pumps should be working completely under water. The diving depth should be no less than 0.5 meters and no more than 5 meters.
Product structure
QS series water - filled submersible pump is composed of two parts: water pump and submersible motor. In cavity with water filling type motor, stator winding using polyethylene insulation waterproof nylon sheathed electromagnetic wire, guarantee the normal work of the motor in water medium, the specificity of stator surface coated waterproof coating, rotor shaft extension end with jilt desander, effectively prevent mud motor cavity with water intrusion, and bearing chamber filled with water resistant, grease and skeleton oil seal, Effectively prevent liquid from entering the bearing chamber to damage the bearing, and fill the motor cavity with clean water to play the role of motor cooling.
The pump is composed of impeller, guide vane body, inlet section, outlet pipe and other components, the pump impeller has centrifugal, mixed flow and axial flow, the impeller is fixed by cone sleeve or key, guide vane body adopts the form of space guide shell.
